Right around the corner

An amusing moment it is;

But just seconds afterwards,

Is another disappointment.

Always something new to do,

To learn, to feel, and see.

A busy day it always is,

That you don’t even;

Have time for your private -

Life on earth.

But seize the day my friend.

 

Summer is almost over

And the leaves will soon fall off.

So, fetch enough water,

For the sun will suck it all up.

Consume every lesson taught,

For they shall smoothen your life journey.

Lionise and enjoy every moment,

For we shall all return to dust.

All that before it’s too late.

It’s now or never my friend,

So, seize the day my friend.

 

Time flies like nothing else

And there’s just so much to do,

And that confuses you like hell.

Leaving you with mixed up thoughts

And your heart beats out of your chest,

That you end up doubting,

And let opportunities fly.

But just seize the day my friend.

 

Dying regretting is unnecessary

And talking too much is unhealthy.

Stop procrastinating and act now,

Not just now but right now my friend.

Trust if not me then time and

Thank me later when seized the day.

 

Live your life to the fullest.

For this beautiful flower today;

Shall one day be a rotten fruit.

For on the other side of the road;

With a smile death awaits us all,

And eventually we shall;

Friendly hug it when we fall.

 

And just like that…….

Time and tide wait for no man,

Not even you my friend.

For this year will never repeat,

For this day will never come back,

For this hour will never rewind,

For this minute will never recover,

And this second will be gone forever.

So, cease ceasing yourself.

You only have now.

And only now my friend.

Carpe diem I say.
